2. Enquiries & mandates
Submitting a form is an enquiry, not a contract. Commercial terms (scope, timelines, fees) are confirmed separately in writing before work begins.
3. Candidate submissions
You confirm your CV is accurate and you hold rights to share it. We may share it with employers for genuine opportunities. We never charge candidates; report anyone asking for money in our name.
4. Acceptable use
Do not submit unlawful, misleading or infringing content; do not attempt to disrupt the site, harvest data or upload malicious files. Uploads are limited to PDF/DOC/DOCX resumes (5 MB).
5. Intellectual property
Site content and design belong to SaffronBizz Solutions LLP unless stated otherwise. You may share links; do not copy substantial content without permission.
6. Liability
Hiring decisions remain the employer's; career decisions remain the candidate's. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from use of this website.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra have jurisdiction.
