Enquiry details you share (name, email, phone, company, role requirements), CVs and career details you upload, and basic technical logs for security (IP, timestamps). We do not collect payments on this website.
3. How we use it
To respond to enquiries, match candidates to openings, deliver recruitment / consulting / training services, and improve our website. We never sell your personal data.
4. Resumes & uploads
CVs (PDF/DOC/DOCX, max 5 MB) are stored securely with restricted access and random filenames. Uploaded files are never executed. You may ask us to delete your CV anytime via Info@saffronhr.com.
5. Sharing
Candidate profiles are shared with prospective employers only for genuine opportunities and with your implied consent when you submit a CV. Employer requirements are used only to fulfil hiring mandates.
6. Security
We apply CSRF protection, input validation, upload type/size checks, spam honeypots and rate limiting. No method is 100% secure; report abuse to Info@saffronhr.com.
7. Cookies
We use only essential, privacy-respecting techniques (e.g. session cookie for forms). We do not run advertising trackers on this site by default.
