Job Description:

• Source, interview and identify high quality candidates with a focus on internal talent movements, social recruiting and direct sourcing by mapping the market.
• Effectively follow and adhere to the standardized process flows, forms, approvals and communications for all recruitment activities.
• Ensure compliance to the recruitment policy for all hiring being done.
• To drive engagement programs as per the Engagement framework to achieve desired productivity and retention of key Talent.
• Execute On boarding, Induction, Orientation and assimilation of all new joiners across organization.
• Execute probation and confirmation process along with employee feedback and performers dialogue.
• Provide and interpret human resources data to provide management information on turnover, headcount, compensation information, organizational statistics, etc and designing & tracking HRMIS metrics.
• Execute goal setting, Midyear appraisal, Annual appraisal and completion of appraisal cycle for all employees.
• Resolve and communicate all employee escalations for employee life cycle.
• Conduct Training need identification and roll out monthly training calendar based on functional and behavior skill gaps.
• Manage tasks like gratuity, FnF, Loan tracker, PF issue or payments.
• To develop and action plans, processes and practices to ensure that all employees are developed to their full potential and that employees potential is identified and succession plans are in place.
• Ensuring IDPs for all employees are made and closed as per the timeline.
• Maintain separation tracking up to date for all locations and execute separation process.
• To ensure that all corrective action plans are in stipulated time frame to meet the compliance requirements.
