Minimum Qualification: Graduate (MBA / B.Tech. Preferred)
Job Description:
Identify potential sales opportunities from large enterprise & SME accounts to accelerate
business volume
Generating sales leads through various sources (Accounts Mapping, cold calling, prospecting)
and building corporate database
Achieve sales targets through acquisition of new clients and growing business from existing
clients
Responsible to achieve critical business goals – New Account Penetration, Gross Revenue,
Collections, Cost & EBITDA for the given product line
Develop and implement strategies for achieving sales goals
Analyzing business trend & performance and prepare periodic sales report
Responsible for proposal & presentations, demonstration, techno-commercial negotiations and
order closing
Commercial clarification, Technical clarification, follow up, Objection Handling to ensure the
closure of the order
Evaluation and documentation of prospect requirement and Co-ordination with the technical
team and propose the right solution/services to the client effectively
Developing new business opportunities
Should be able to forecast sales in terms of numbers and revenue
Identify improvements or new requirements by remaining updated with industry trends,
competitor activities & offerings
DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
MBA in Marketing preferred along with Graduation from reputed University/Institutes
8-18 years of Corporate Sales experience preferably in Telecom VAS
Experience in selling into corporates
Ability to articulate USPs of service vis-à-vis competitive offerings with deep coaching and
counselling experience.
Ability to make inroads into new corporate accounts and territories
Have thorough understanding of Enterprise VAS business – IVR/OBD, SMS, SMPP, OTP, E-mail,
Number Masking, Virtual Number, Missed call platform

Strong Communication skills (written & verbal), presentation skills, negotiation skills and client
relationship management are a must for this position
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Customer oriented with strong negotiation skills
Analytical and data driven problem solver
Must have strong, good working relationship with Decision Makers/GMs/DGMs in
Enterprise/PSU/Govt. Accounts in respective regions
Expected to know various initiatives /Trends in use of A2P Messaging and Digital Communication
in Enterprise Accounts
Proficiency in MS Office & CRM tools
